Zhongshan H.R.T. Precision Steel Ball CO.,LTD is located in Torch Developing
Area, Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. Our staffs (all our technicians) have more
than 20 years work experience in steel balls industry, more than 45% of whom
having bachelor degree or above. Our company mainly focuses on high precision
miniature steel ball manufacture and development. High precision stainless steel
ball, chrome steel ball, glass ball and plastic ball, especially the size range
from 0.5mm to 6.0mm, the precision up to Grade 5, are the main products we
engage in.
Our monthly capacity of our factory is 60 million pieces. We apply the advanced
steel ball production equipments and test equipments into production process
from cold heading to lapping. Meanwhile, production technologies have been
improved from 8 procedures to 17 procedures. All finished balls pass to screen
in dust-free cleaning room, and the balls below 2mm are detected by
Photoelectron Fault Detector. The qualification rate of our steel balls is up to
98%.
ISO 9001,ISO 14001 and TS-16949 certifications have been achieved during these
years. Our company has found Technology Research and Development Department and
we got many patents on cold heading machine, sorting machine, grinding machine,
photoelectron fault detector and so on.Our products are very popular in Japan,
Southeast Asia, Europe, North America, Middle East, etc. and got the good
